Account Deletion Overview
You can request deletion of your Besh Market account and associated personal data at any time. This process is available to both Android and iOS users. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Important: Deleting your account will remove access to your order history, saved addresses, wishlist, cart items, and profile data.
How to Delete Your Account
Option A: Delete Inside the App
Follow these step-by-step instructions to delete your account directly from the Besh Market app:
- Open the Besh Market app on your Android or iOS device
- Log in to your account with your email or phone number and password
- Go to your Profile or Account Settings by tapping the menu icon or your profile icon
- Select "Delete Account" from the settings menu
- Review the warning message about permanent deletion
- Confirm the request by entering your password or using biometric authentication
Your account and data will begin deletion processing immediately.
Option B: Delete by Email
If you prefer, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team:
- Send an email to support@beshmarket.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the following information:
- Your phone number linked to the account
- Or your email address linked to the account
- Verify your identity: Our support team will contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion
Once verified, your account deletion will be processed according to our deletion timeline.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following personal data will be removed from our active systems:
- User profile information
- Phone number and email address linked to your account
- Saved delivery addresses
- Shopping cart data
- Wishlist and favorites
- Notification preferences and push notification tokens
- Courier or customer profile information associated with your account
- Reviews and feedback submitted under your account (where legally permitted)

Deletion Timeline
Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 days from the date of your request, depending on the complexity and verification requirements.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your account and associated personal data have been successfully deleted.
Access Loss: After deletion is complete, you will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, wishlist, cart, notifications, and profile data. A new account can be created using the same email or phone number after deletion.

This account deletion policy applies to both Android and iOS versions of the Besh Market app. When you delete your account, your data will be removed from all platforms and devices associated with that account.
